Your Polar Bear unit having been installed by a certified professional, please refer to the guarantee mentioned in the general sales conditions. Guarantees can vary from 1 to 12 years. Our guarantees are always divided into 3 parts;
- Parts
- Labour
- Compressor
Please refer to your bill for information on which guarantees are honoured by the company that has sold you the unit. However, you should know that the minimum legal guarantee owed to you by your installer is 1 year for parts and labour, and 3 years for the compressor.
